Key Responsibilities:
Operating polishing and grinding machinery
Assisting with epoxy flooring applications and concrete remediation




Following safety procedures and site requirements
Working as part of a team to deliver quality finishes
Communicating effectively with supervisors and clients
Maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles

About the Role:
Monday to Friday work (Weekends optional)
Overtime and travel allowances
Commercial and residential work
Ongoing training and development
