About the Role

Aambra, a refined Levantine dining destination in Rose Bay, is seeking experienced and service-driven Waitstaff to join our front-of-house team. This role is suited to individuals who take pride in attentive, detail-oriented service and who thrive in a considered, guest-focused environment.

You will play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable dining experience, working closely with the wider team to uphold Aambra’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver warm, qualified and knowledgeable service throughout the guest journey
Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
Present dishes and drinks with care, efficiency and attention to detail
Maintain table settings and dining spaces to a consistently high standard
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or feedback
Support daily service operations, including section upkeep, resetting and side duties

About You
Previous experience in a quality-driven hospitality or fine-dining environment




Strong communication skills and confident guest interaction
Ability to manage time effectively in a structured service setting
High attention to detail and pride in presentation
Calm, professional demeanour with a genuine passion for hospitality
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
