About the Role

You will support couples as they explore bridal pieces, offering warm, premium service and confident guidance.

Key responsibilities:
Delivering a refined, premium customer experience
Approaching clients with a positive, bubbly, confident attitude
Assisting couples with trying on bridal pieces and exploring design options
Managing sales, POS, and light admin
Maintaining a beautifully presented showroom
Problem‑solving with calm confidence
Supporting the designer with day‑to‑day studio operations

You bring maturity, presence, and genuine warmth.



You have customer service experience and enjoy helping clients through milestone moments.

You are:
Well‑presented, professional, and confident
Experienced in customer service and premium client care
Comfortable approaching customers and guiding conversations
Versatile with availability, including covering staff holidays
Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
Positive, bubbly, and confident in problem‑solving
Interested in jewellery, design, or craftsmanship (training provided)
