CPAP Consultant & ReceptionistKey Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and provide a friendly, qualified first point of contact.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's daily booking system.
Answer phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries promptly and professionally.
Educate patients on the use, care, and maintenance of CPAP equipment.
Perform CPAP mask fittings and assist patients in selecting appropriate equipment and accessories.
Process sales, rentals, and payments.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Manage stock levels, receive deliveries, and maintain an organised showroom and reception area.
Liaise with healthcare professionals regarding referrals and patient follow-up.
Provide ongoing support to patients to encourage successful CPAP therapy.
Complete general administrative tasks,



including filing, scanning, and data entry.
Deliver exceptional customer service while contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in reception, administration, retail, or healthcare is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy setting.
Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
A caring, patient-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
Experience with CPAP or sleep therapy is an advantage; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $30.00 – $36.40 per hour
