Mint Property Agents is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing sales team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has some real estate experience and wants to develop their skills, work alongside experienced agents and build a long-term career in property sales.

The Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
Following up buyers and enquiries
Conducting open homes and private inspections
Maintaining and updating our CRM/database
Assisting with sales campaigns from listing through to settlement
Preparing comparable sales and appraisal information
Following up potential vendors and appraisal opportunities
Assisting with auction campaigns and auction days
Building relationships with buyers, sellers and local homeowners
General support to the sales team

About You

We are looking for someone who:




Has previous experience in real estate sales or a similar role
Is confident speaking with people and making prospecting calls
Has solid communication and organisational skills
Is motivated, reliable and well presented
Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Holds a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Has a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
