Job Overview:

The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service that ensures guaranteed guest satisfaction including but not limited too;
Welcoming guests into the restaurant
Providing menu recommendations
Taking food and beverage orders
Delivering food and beverages to tables
Clearing tables

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:
Flexible availability,



specifically during weekdays (Tuesday evening & Saturday availability is a must)
A Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is a must
Outgoing, enthusiastic with outstanding customer service & communication skills
Hands on experience in a similar role at a fast-paced restaurant would be advantageous
Basic understanding of POS ordering systems and cash handling would be advantageous
Work effortlessly in a team setting.
