Candidate Skills and Experience:
Experience in bakery production and management
Strong management skills with proven success in leading teams
Robust focus on quality and innovation
Excellent communication skills
Qualification in Baking and proficiency in all aspects of pastry and cake production

Duties & Responsibilities:
Management of bakery production & operations




Quality Control – monitoring of quality of products
Expense Control of bakery costs – wage budgets, gross profit, expense items.
Stock Management – purchasing raw materials, cost reduction, stock-on-hand levels
Logistics Management – ensuring timely and accurate supply to stores
Product development of new cost-effective, cutting-edge products to keep abreast of current trends
Participate in production duties as required
Manage production equipment and maintenance
Manage and lead the bakery team
