We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join our professional kitchen team.
This role is suited to
A capable Chef de Partie looking for a reliable, long-term position
An experienced Sous Chef who is hard working, reliable and enjoys working in fast - paced kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Prepping food
Running a section during service
Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Working efficiently in a fast-paced, team setting
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well under pressure
Positive attitude and team-focused approach

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
