We're looking for a motivated and experienced Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team. The successful candidate will be confident running a busy hot section, with solid experience in pasta production and service.

The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable and proactive, with a genuine passion for cooking and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with the senior chefs, assist with training junior team members, contribute to menu development, and help foster a positive, qualified kitchen culture. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take responsibility and lead by example are essential.

consistency and cleanliness, and ensure service runs smoothly under pressure.
