Experienced Forklift Driver – Aluminium Industry

Immediate Start | Day Shift | Experienced Operators Only

Our client is a well-established aluminium company based in Wetherill Park and is looking for an experienced Forklift Driver to join their team on a full time day shift.

This is not a position for someone who simply holds a forklift licence. You must have solid, hands-on experience operating forklifts in a busy yard/warehouse workplace, particularly when loading and unloading trucks and B-doubles.

The Role
Loading and unloading aluminium products and cases from trucks and B-doubles
Operating a large standard counterbalance forklift
Operating a Combilift reach truck
Safely manoeuvring long, bulky and heavy aluminium products
Securing and positioning loads correctly for transport
General yard and warehouse duties
Following all site safety procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised work area

What We're Looking For
Current LF forklift licence
Proven and extensive forklift operating experience
Demonstrated experience loading B-doubles
Experience handling long, bulky or awkward loads




Experience operating a Combilift/reach forklift
Confident working in a fast-paced industrial environment
Robust understanding of forklift safety and load stability
Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
Must be physically capable of working around aluminium products

KEY: A forklift licence alone is not sufficient for this position. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate genuine experience and confidence operating large forklifts and loading/unloading B-doubles. Safety is our number one priority, and applicants with limited forklift experience will not be considered.
