Lepol Metal Work Pty Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our team full-time to support fabrication work across a variety of large-scale construction projects.

As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing precision welding tasks to fabricate and assemble metal structures used in high-rises, hospitals, data centers, and custom commercial projects.

Responsibilities include:
Performing MIG, TIG, and Stick welding (GMAW, GTAW, MMAW)
Welding and fabricating stainless steel, structural steel, and sheet metal components
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols
Setting up and operating welding machines and equipment
Performing high-quality welds on light to heavy gauge materials
Custom steel fabrication tailored to project specifications
Ensuring all welds meet industry codes and internal standards




Conducting pre- and post-weld inspections to maintain quality assurance
Maintaining welding equipment and performing routine upkeep
Complying with health, safety, and environmental regulations in office

Skills and Experience Required
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant welding experience
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Solid attention to detail and quality workmanship
Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team workplace

Salary

Full Time $80,000-$85,000 + superannuation

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
