Slow Lane Brewing is a small brewery and taproom in Botany, known for European-style beers and Neapolitan pizza. We're looking for a permanent part time Pizza Chef to work alongside our head chef across our busiest days, Friday to Sunday.

If you have experience hand stretching dough, topping and cooking, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in serving quality food, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role
Preparing and cooking Neapolitan style pizzas
Preparing fresh ingredients and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen
Following recipes and food safety procedures
Working efficiently and calmly during busy service periods
Working in a small team to produce a great product

About You
Previous pizza experience preferred
Experience with gas ovens is an advantage
Passionate about great food
Reliable,



hardworking and able to handle pressure
A positive attitude and work ethic is huge

What We Offer
Permanent part time: 15–20 guaranteed hours per week, Fri–Sun, with paid annual and sick leave
$520–$750 per week + super, depending on experience and hours
