Reading and interpreting complex plans and specs and running with them
Working solo on site when the job calls for it, with a crew and management who've got your back the rest of the time

What We're Looking For
Trade-qualified carpenter with 3+ years' experience post-qualification
Genuine high-detail frame and finish carpentry skills — this is prestige residential work, not volume project homes
Confident reading plans and working to spec without needing your hand held
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Current White Card
Own tools
Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
