The Firehouse Ringwood is a restaurant and beer garden set in the old Ringwood Firestation.

We are looking to expand on our amazing bar team with some new vibrant and passionate bartenders/waiters. Whether you're a hospo veteran or an eager newbie wanting to learn, we are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, friendly and keen to join our team.

Responsibilities
Serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a rapid-paced environment
Process sales through the POS, including accurate cash handling and eftpos transactions
Maintain the organisation and cleanliness of the bar and restaurant
Assist with restocking the fridges and dry goods
Provide friendly customer service
Uphold the Responsible Service of Alcohol under current legislation
Work on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday

What we are looking for
Experience working behind the bar or restaurant,



will be highly regarded
An understanding of mixing and serving drinks
Passionate, driven and have a genuine interest in hospitality
Someone who is a team player, has excellent communication skills and a hands on attitude

The Firehouse pays the General Hospitality Award rates. These figures change regularly and at the time of posting this job for a Grade 2 position were $33.85 + superannuation per hour to $67.70 + superannuation per hour plus penalty rates when applicable.

Pay: $33.85 – $67.70 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
