We currently have an exciting chance for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to manage the white collar desk.

About your role:

In your role as a Recruitment Consultant at Flexi Staff, you will be providing recruitment solutions to meet clients' needs. A large part of this role is relationship building and the day-to-day maintenance of current and existing clients.

Key Duties:

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:




Working with clients to understand candidate sourcing requirements
Account management and lead management
Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities
Providing timely and outstanding service both to clients and candidates
Effective database management
Accurate data entry

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a recruitment background and will be passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients. You will have a can-do attitude and positive outlook!

Essential Criteria
Previous recruitment experience
Excellent presentation and phone manner
Solid attention to detail
Proactive and positive attitude
Excellent time management
