The Role

We are currently seeking casual Retail Assistants to join our team, if you have a passion for caps and a love of sports, this could be the perfect role for you. We are looking for staff at the Fountain Gate Shopping Centre.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service to our valued customers
Maintain store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and cleanliness
Assist with inventory management, including stock processing and loss prevention
Ensure accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner




Follow and support company policies and procedures
Perform additional tasks as required

About You
Robust interpersonal skills with transparent and skilled communication
Ability to take initiative and complete tasks independently
Comfortable operating POS (Point of Sale) systems
Ability to climb ladders and work with hands above head
Availability to work up to 4 days per week
Must have the right to work in Australia
