We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, provide strategic support, and help lead a positive team culture at our Coolangatta office.

What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end accounting for a portfolio of SME and individual clients
Prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS, FBT, payroll tax and more
Conduct tax planning and advise on business structures
Identify workflow gaps, manage WIP, and meet personal and team KPIs
Build strong client relationships with a value-add mindset
Mentor junior staff and contribute to team success
Stay across relevant tax legislation (Div 7A, FBT, GST, etc.)
Use tools like Xero Practice Manager, FYI Docs & Dashboard Insights

What You’ll Bring
4+ years in public practice accounting
CA/CPA qualified
Solid technical and compliance knowledge




Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Proficient in cloud-based accounting software
