About the role

Seeking a Part-time Senior Hairdresser to join our team at Hey Sister Bulimba. This is an exciting prospect to work in a tranquil, peaceful salon environment where your expertise and creativity will be valued. You will have the flexibility to work on a part-time basis, allowing you to balance your professional commitments with other pursuits. This role offers the option to work as a senior hairdresser, up to 30 hours per week, with the option to hire a chair if required, or the option to purely hire a chair.

Chair hire comes with a products included option, or a providing own products option.

The position will be working alongside, and sharing the space with experienced salon owner Andy.

The roll will commence on Tuesday 13th of October.

Key responsibilities
Provide high-quality hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling and treatments to clients.
Maintain a clean, hygienic and welcoming salon workplace.




Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and future clientele.
If working as a chair for hire, maintain your own client base and manage your schedule independently

What we're looking for
A friendly, professional hairdresser that can integrate into a small tranquil salon environment.
Own clientele is not immediately necessary as there is already enough work providing backup and generally helping out with all professional services to exisiting clientele.
Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team, depending on your chosen arrangement.
Flexibility and reliability in a part-time working environment.
Experience managing your own clientele is advantageous, particularly if considering the chair for hire option.
