Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Italian-style pizzas in a wood-fired pizza oven.
Prepare, stretch and shape pizza dough to the required standards.
Prepare pizza sauces, toppings and ingredients.
Maintain consistent quality, presentation, portion sizes and cooking times.
Operate and manage the wood-fired oven safely and efficiently.
Monitor oven temperature, wood supply and cooking conditions.
Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic pizza station.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
Complete daily preparation and stock rotation.
Work efficiently during busy service periods.
Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
Minimise food waste and maintain appropriate stock levels.
Assist with general kitchen duties when required.
Follow Paparazzi’s recipes, quality standards and presentation guidelines.

Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a pizza chef/pizzaiolo is preferred.




Experience with a wood-fired pizza oven is highly desirable.
Robust dough preparation and pizza-making skills.
Knowledge of Italian ingredients and pizza techniques.
Ability to work under pressure in a rapid-paced kitchen.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Robust attention to cleanliness and food safety.
Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
