About the Role

Kailos International Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day human resources functions of the business, working closely with management and employees to ensure effective HR practices, compliance and employee support.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee induction.
Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR information.
Provide HR advice and support to management and employees.
Assist with employee relations, performance and disciplinary matters.
Monitor compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Support workforce planning and employee development.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and support general HR initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role,



you will have:

Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Officer or similar HR role.

Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.

Robust knowledge of HR administration and employment practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid organisational and time-management skills.

High attention to detail and confidentiality.

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
