The Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and sales support. You will work closely with our procurement team, warehouse staff, and external sales representatives to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and customer enquiries are resolved promptly.

Key areas of Responsibilities:
Manage inbound phone enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Assist customers at the trade counter
Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately
Maintain showroom presentation and ensure adequate stock levels
Provide administrative support to the external sales, procurement, and warehouse teams
Support and promote company campaigns and monthly specials




Assist with stock movements and biannual stocktakes
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude with a robust willingness to learn and develop
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Confidence using computer systems and the ability to learn recent software quickly
Previous customer service, administration, or sales support experience will be highly regarded, but not essential as full training will be provided

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
