We are currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as T-Ristas.

About the Role

As a T-Rista, you’ll be the face of Chatime, providing excellent customer service while preparing high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Taking customer orders at the counter and guiding customers through the menu
Preparing and shaking bubble tea drinks according to company standards (SOPs)
Cooking and preparing pearls and other toppings
Handling cash and operating the register

About You
Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Robust communication skills




Reliable and punctual
Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required
Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
Upselling products and promotions
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Delivering friendly and efficient customer service
