About the role

This is a hands-on, multi-skilled position that combines personal assistant support with digital marketing and systems improvement. You will work closely with the business owner to prepare professional quotes and proposals, manage social media presence (especially LinkedIn), maintain and enhance job management systems, and play a key role in implementing a new CRM and automation workflows that help win more work.

Key responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of accurate, skilled quotes and client proposals
Gather technical and commercial information to support tender and proposal responses
Help keep sales and project documentation organised and up to date
Manage and grow LinkedIn presence (and other social platforms as needed)
Create and schedule engaging content that showcases work, people and capabilities
Support brand consistency and help position the business as a trusted AV partner
Maintain and continuously improve the internal job management system (currently Aroflo)
Assist with the evaluation, selection and implementation of a new CRM system
Help design and build automation processes and task triggers that streamline operations and prompt sales follow-ups
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and increase efficiency across the business

About you




Strong administrative and written communication skills (especially for proposals and professional correspondence)
Experience managing LinkedIn and/or other social media platforms for a business
Familiarity with job management or field service software (Aroflo experience is a strong advantage)
Interest in (or experience with) CRM systems and process automation eg: Hub Spot
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to learn new systems
Ability to work independently while keeping the business owner informed
Previous experience in an AV, construction, facilities, or service-based business is highly regarded but not essential
