As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales across the full range of Ebsray/PSG Dover products throughout Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. You will identify new opportunities, develop existing customer relationships and work closely with distributors and end users to increase market share and profitability. You'll have the autonomy to develop your territory while being supported by a broader team and a strong product portfolio.
Key responsibilities
Drive sales across the full range of Ebsray/PSG Dover products
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for Victorian, South Australian and Tasmanian customers and markets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build solid, long-term relationships with customers, distributors and key stakeholders
Develop action plans to target new customers, contacts and opportunities
Prepare tailored quotations and solutions based on customer requirements
Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through to negotiation and closing
Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers
Understand customer markets,
industries and challenges and identify how our products can provide solutions
Consistently achieve sales, activity and growth targets
About you
Proven experience in a B2B sales environment
Experience managing the full sales cycle - prospecting, strategy, quoting, negotiating and closing
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
The ability to understand and communicate technical information to end users
Robust commercial and customer focus
Excellent communication and listening skills
Solid organisational and time-management skills
Positive computer skills
A proactive, self-starting approach
