Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:

*preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies





*planning menus and estimating food and labour costs

*monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

*discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff

*explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations

*assisting with the training of staff
