Roles we are recruiting for:

Cook/Larder Hand – Works alongside the Chef on duty and can undertake food preparation, cook basic food recipes, and follow menus consistently.





Catering Assistant/Sandwich Hand – Supports Caterers and Chefs to prepare basic food ingredients and assist in plating up food correctly to face customers. Must also be capable of cleaning and maintaining the kitchen areas.

Kitchen Attendant – Assists in the kitchen as required by the Chef. Responsible for minor preparation of food, washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean.

The successful candidate must have:
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Fully vaccinated
HACCP & OH&S; understanding
Food Handling Certificate
WWCC (Working With Children Check) preferred
