We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Hobart.

About the Role The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth service, food quality, staff performance and compliance with workplace standards. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily restaurant operations and service - Lead, train and supervise restaurant staff - Prepare staff rosters and manage staff attendance - Maintain high standards of customer service - Monitor food quality, presentation and portion control - Manage stock levels, ordering and wastage - Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally - Ensure food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards are followed - Monitor sales,
