As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand awareness and market presence. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's services in the labor hire industry.
Conducting market research to identify potential clients and target markets within the meat processing, salad factories, seafood facilities, and warehouse sectors.
Managing advertising campaigns both online and offline to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
Producing engaging and compelling content for various platforms,



including services descriptions and promotional materials.
Managing multiple marketing budgets and provide regular management reports required by superiors.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and clients to drive business growth and expansion.

Qualifications and Experience:
A bachelor's degree or higher.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing specialist.
Strong understanding of marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, telemarketing, and content management systems.
Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated creativity in developing engaging content and innovative marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Proficiency in English is required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
