Full-Time Chef NEEDED– Barangaroo Location ($70,000–$75,000/year)

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Chef to lead the kitchen at our Barangaroo café in Sydney, Current South Wales.

This is a full-time role ideal for someone with strong leadership and culinary experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

What You’ll Do:
Plan menus and help manage food costs and quantities
Prepare and cook dishes with precision and creativity
Maintain high standards in food quality and presentation
Train and support kitchen staff in prep, cooking, and food safety
Oversee stock ordering and daily kitchen operations
Collaborate on new dishes and improve existing menu items
Work closely with front-of-house to ensure smooth service
Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of full time work years’ experience in a similar role and a relevant Diploma qualification




Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
Confident leader with outstanding communication and team management abilities
Passion for food, innovation, and working in a fast-paced café setting
Food safety knowledge and kitchen compliance understanding
