About the role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Service Technician who can confidently work independently across commercial air conditioning service, maintenance and breakdowns. The role includes fault finding and diagnostics, preventative maintenance, repairs and small works across split, ducted, VRV/VRF and commercial mechanical systems. You would also be carrying out mechanical fire mode testing, air conditioning shutdowns, smoke control and ventilation testing, fault finding and rectification of mechanical systems associated with fire compliance.

Key responsibilities
Fault finding and diagnostics on air conditioning systems
Preventative maintenance on split, ducted, VRV/VRF and commercial mechanical systems
Repairs and small works across commercial air conditioning systems




Mechanical fire mode testing
Air conditioning shutdowns
Smoke control and ventilation testing
Fault finding and rectification of mechanical systems associated with fire compliance
Communicate professionally with clients
Provide transparent service reports
Identify repair requirements
Assist apprentices

About you
Current ARCtick licence
Relevant trade qualification
NSW driver licence
Robust air conditioning fault finding experience
Experienced and confident technically
Approachable and easy to work with
Willing to share knowledge
