About the role

We're looking for polished, energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent premium beauty and liquor brands in the fast-paced duty-free setting. You'll be the face of the brand — engaging international travellers, driving sales, and delivering a world-class customer experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Key responsibilities
Represent premium beauty and spirit brands on the duty-free floor
Engage and connect with international travellers from all over the world
Drive sales through product demonstrations, tastings and expert recommendations
Maintain immaculate stand presentation and stock levels
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Deliver a premium, memorable customer experience

About you
A warm, confident and outgoing personality with a passion for people
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, promotions or brand ambassador work (preferred, not essential — we train the right attitude)
Genuine interest in beauty, fragrance and/or premium spirits
Well-presented, professional and reliable
Strong communication skills; Korean, Mandarin and Vietnamese Speakers preferred but not essential




Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Must hold (or be able to obtain) an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and pass an airport background check
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate for liquor roles
