As one of the Central Coast's premier hospitality venues, Gosford RSL Club continues to grow and evolve. We're seeking an experienced Asian Cuisine Chef or Cook to join our talented culinary team and help deliver the quality, flavour and consistency our members and guests expect.

What you'll be doing

As a valued member of our kitchen team, you will:
Prepare and present authentic, high-quality Asian dishes that delight our members and guests
Work closely with our chefs and front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
Contribute ideas for menu development, seasonal specials and current offerings
Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation
Help foster a positive, supportive and professional kitchen culture
Play a key role during busy service periods while remaining calm, focused and efficient
Ensure consistency and attention to detail in every dish that leaves the kitchen

Proven experience preparing authentic Asian cuisine
A genuine passion for food and hospitality




Solid teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a large, busy kitchen environment
Excellent communication skills
Solid organisational and time management abilities
