A leading multidisciplinary building consultancy is seeking a SeniorRemote Access Consultant to deliver expert accessibility advice across projects nationwide.

n

The Role

n

As a Remote Access Consultant, you will provide specialist advice on accessibility and compliance across a diverse range of building projects throughout Australia. This is a predominantly remote role; however, you will be required to attend site inspections in Sydney when needed.

n

Working closely with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects meet relevant accessibility standards while delivering practical, buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct remote accessibility assessments and audits
n
Attend site inspections across Sydney as required
n
Review plans and documentation for compliance with relevant standards
n
Provide expert guidance on accessibility design and compliance solutions
n
Liaise with clients, architects, and project teams
n
Prepare clear,



skilled reports
n
Support project teams throughout the project lifecycle
n
Stay up to date with building codes, legislation, and Australian Standards
n

n

About You

n

n
Relevant qualification in accessibility, building surveying, architecture, or similar
n
Robust knowledge of accessibility legislation, NCC, and Australian Standards
n
2+ years' experience in a similar role
n
Able to work autonomously in a remote environment
n
Willing and able to attend Sydney-based site inspections as required
n
Robust communication skills and attention to detail
n
Practical, solutions-focused mindset
