Position Summary
The Division of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences is recruiting for an adjunct instructor to teach ARTS 1301 online beginning in the Fall 2025 semester.
Salary Based on Instructional Units (one instructional unit is equivalent to 16 contact hours per semester).
$668.78/per instructional unit in the Fall/Spring/Summer
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide instruction to students in an online yet meaningful classroom and/or laboratory learning setting.
Qualifications
MFA or MA in Studio Art or MA in Art History with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Studio Art (unofficial transcripts are required for all graduate level work).
For applicants interested in teaching online classes, experience with Canvas is preferred.
A demonstrated commitment to serving a diverse array of students, to the community college mission, and to academic excellence.
College teaching experience preferred.
