ICM Agribusiness Pty Ltd (Peechelba Beef) is seeking an experienced Fitter-Welder to join their Maintenance team at their large-scale cattle feedlot near Peechelba, VIC.

This role is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and fabrication of plant, machinery, and infrastructure across our feedlot and farming operations to ensure minimal downtime and secure operations.

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
Interpret drawings and specifications for fabrication and repairs
Assemble, fit, and machine metal components
Diagnose faults and repair mechanical and hydraulic systems
Perform preventative maintenance and maintain records
Repair infrastructure (fencing, gates, plant equipment)
Support workshop operations and manage consumables
Ensure compliance with WHS, QA, and animal welfare standards





Skills & Abilities:
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience as a Fitter-Welder
Relevant trade qualifications (or equivalent)
Experience with mechanical repairs and metal fabrication
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team

Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with experience
