Job Description

Marmont Bar, Melbourne, is recruiting a Head Chef to lead a large, multi-section kitchen and a rooftop bar within a growing hospitality group. You will own food costing and labour costing, driving GP management within a explicit P&L; framework and reporting to an experienced executive team.

The role offers autonomy, mentorship, and a genuine growth prospect as we relaunch this iconic venue at The Prince of Wales site on a beautiful rooftop terrace.
