About the role

We are currently offering a rewarding chance for an initiative-taking and detail-oriented Water Broker to join our Northern NSW team. Based in Dubbo. Reporting to the General Manager, your role will be to develop robust relationships with our customers with a focus on identifying recent business.

Key responsibilities
Proactively contact customers to discuss and assist with the development of a water strategy for their business.
In conjunction with the Marketing Department, develop and execute a marketing plan for the business. This is likely to include presentations to growers at events, engagement with industry and referral partners.




Maintain contact with customers throughout the trade process and assist with any issues to ensure trades complete smoothly and efficiently.
Manage the relationship with key stakeholders including Govt Water Authorities, irrigator groups and other business units.

About you
Agricultural background, with an understanding of the water market preferred
Exceptional time management with the ability to prioritise tasks
Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail
A high level of personalised customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe applications
Effective written & verbal communication skills to build solid long-term relationships
A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
A current driver's license is essential
