Lucas Collective is seeking a Head Sommelier to lead and elevate our wine program across a growing portfolio of premium venues in Melbourne. The role demands solid leadership, deep wine knowledge, and a guest-focused service mindset.

You will drive cellar operations, stock control, and staff development, while collaborating with culinary and hospitality teams to deliver unforgettable wine experiences. This is a full-time, in office prospect with exciting expansion plans for 2026 and beyond.
