Penske Australia is seeking an experienced Assistant Parts Manager to lead and develop our busy Parts department in Hazelmere, near Perth. You will drive daily sales operations, coach staff and implement training programs to upskill the team, while maintaining a solid focus on safety, quality and customer outcomes.

In this permanent, full time role you will analyse business information, identify improvement prospects and work closely with leadership to meet and exceed the company’s targets.
