We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Service Advisor that loves working in a business where exceptional service, attention to detail and leaving no stone unturned is what you live for!

What You’ll Be Doing
Greet customers warmly and manage the end-to-end service experience
Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring effective daily workflow
Liaise with internal teams and monitor job progress/update production schedules
Prepare and complete documentation/schedules/updates and ensure our , systems up to date
Deliver consistent follow-up and maintain robust customer relationships
Liaise with external suppliers and book in work, follow up stock and customer enquiries




Be part of a co-heasive team assisting other departments to ensure that exceptional service.

What You'll Bring:
Proven background in customer service (automotive experience highly regarded)
Strong customer service skills and a passion for exceeding expectations
High attention to detail and robust administrative accuracy
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office & proven track record within order/service management
Outstanding communication and time-management skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
Team player with a proactive, positive attitude
Current driver’s licence & Police Check required
Prior Experience as a Service Advisor (advantageous but not essential)
