You’ll support the Maintenance Supervisor, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare apartments for move‑in while keeping building systems running smoothly.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year in maintenance, EPA certification, and trade skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more. Must have own tools and be able to work weekends/holidays.
