We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our Kensington store. Located close to our Kensington Support Office, this Store Manager role offers the opportunity to lead a small team, supported by an Assistant Store Manager, in one of our high-profile London locations.

What You'll Do
Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Drive store performance through solid leadership and commercial focus.
Partner with your Assistant Store Manager to build a high-performing team.
Lead from the front on the shop floor and create memorable customer experiences.




Maintain excellent standards across operations, compliance and store presentation.

What We're Looking For
Experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or similar leadership role.
A confident people leader who can motivate and develop others.
Strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Optical experience is beneficial but not essential.
