Senior Project Manager – Immediate start | 6-month contract

Lead a key strategic initiative at ELMO Software.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Project Manager who can step into an existing project, take ownership and deliver on time. You’ll bring energy, urgency and a real doer mindset—operating confidently at a senior level to turn plans into progress and outcomes.

You’ll lead a complex, cross-functional initiative in a matrix workplace, bringing structure, pace and clarity to delivery.

You’ll be someone who:
Has a proven track record delivering complex projects end to end
Can quickly assess an existing project and run with it
Builds robust plans, manages risks and dependencies, and drives outcomes
Is self-sufficient, commercially aware and highly organised




Excels at stakeholder management across business and technical teams
Communicates clearly and can translate complex information for different audiences
Is confident leading through ambiguity, change and competing priorities
Brings practical experience across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery

Experience in HR, payroll, payroll transformation is highly valued. Priority will also be given to candidates who have successfully replaced or swapped out an enterprise system or ERP system.
