Key requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years'
experience as a Solution Architect or equivalent.
Mandatory insurance domain experience, ideally General Lines insurance.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Solid structured thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders.
Experience delivering end-to-end solution designs, including both high-level and detailed designs.
Experience working on medium to large programs/projects.
Experience producing end-to-end solution architecture covering functional, application, data, security, infrastructure, and integration domains.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders, with a focus on business value and outcomes.
Experience providing technical leadership and negotiating outcomes with technical stakeholders.
Experience working with and managing multiple vendors.
