We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Albury, NSW. As Site Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. This is a full time permanent role where you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and skilled delivery of our scheduled works.
What you'll be doing
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of personnel and sub-contractors including materials and deliveries to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specification
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
Provide hands-on support and guidance to the construction team as needed including but not limited to; cleaning duties, raking, mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, installation of decks, screens, turf, irrigation, paving and stone work.
Machinery operation including power tools, posi-track and excavator.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and methods
What we're looking for
5+ years' experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the landscaping/construction industry
Strong working knowledge of landscaping/construction methods, materials and equipment
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Current driver's licence (HR desirable), Construction Industry card, Posi and Excavator ticket certifications
