Site Foreman – Residential Projects

We’re looking for an Site Foreman to join our team and lead the successful delivery of small to medium scale projects.

About the role

You'll be responsible for overseeing all on-site activity, ensuring the smooth progress of works, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Working closely with the Construction Manager, trades, suppliers, and the office team, you'll play a key role in driving projects forward. This is a hands-on, leadership role ideal for someone who is organised, motivated, and looking to grow their career in a supportive and ambitious environment.

Key responsibilities
Running pre-starts and toolbox meetings to set priorities and ensure safe work practices.




Supervise all site activities, ensuring work is carried out to specification and program
Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to achieve consistent quality and productivity
Review and interpret drawings, plans and schedules
Identify potential issues early and find practical solutions on the ground
Maintain site records, checklists and defect lists and update daily to Construction Manager

About you
More than 3 years experience as a Site Foreman or Site Manager is preferred
Valuable communication and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of OHS regulations and Australian building standards
Mandarin skills are a bonus but not required
