The Opportunity

Are you a hands-on, solutions-driven Site Engineer ready to take your next step in civil and bulk construction industry? Wearn is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team and support the successful delivery of our quarry and civil operations. You will be working closely with the Project Engineer and have a full team of support from the project team.

Your Role

As the Site Engineer, you’ll be responsible for coordinating in office engineering functions across a range of quarry and civil projects, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with design specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of day-to-day site operations.
Conduct site inspections, surveys, and measurements to ensure compliance with design, safety, and environmental standards.
Liaise with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality.
Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and drawings.
Promote and uphold WHS and environmental policies across all site activities.

Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or similar).




2+ years’ experience in civil construction or quarry operations (preferred).
Robust understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and standards.
Proficiency with CAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
