12 month day rate contract
Sydney based - Hybrid Working

With around 5 years’ Business Analysis experience, you’ll play a key role across a diverse portfolio of initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes in a fast-paced financial services environment. This is more than a traditional BA role. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of high-profile initiatives, while also taking on project management responsibilities and expanding your skill set. You could find yourself working across initiatives including:
Regulatory and compliance-driven change
Initiatives across Equities and Fixed Income
New product development and implementation
Acquisitions and integration
Business and technology transformation projects

About You We’re looking for a Business Analyst with approximately 5 years’ experience, ideally gained within financial services, investment banking, markets or a similarly complex environment.

You’ll bring




Solid business analysis and stakeholder management skills
Experience working across complex projects and change initiatives
The ability to understand business requirements and translate them into transparent outcomes
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive, delivery-focused approach
An interest in taking on project management responsibilities and broadening your remit
