We're partnering with a leading global company to find a Senior SAP FICO Lead for a major divestment programme based in Brisbane. The programme is in mobilisation and ramping up teams now, with Design commencing shortly.

About the role

You'll lead the SAP Finance workstream end to end, taking ownership of Finance process design, data migration, testing and cutover through to hyper care. This is a hands-on leadership role in a complex, multi-vendor workplace, working directly with business stakeholders, programme leadership and other functional leads.

What you'll be doing
Leading end-to-end SAP FICO delivery across design, build, testing, cutover and hyper care
Owning Finance workstream planning, risk and issue management
Driving data migration activity across the Finance stream
Facilitating workshops and governance discussions with senior stakeholders
Coordinating Finance activities across integration, testing and reporting teams
Leading SIT, UAT,



cutover planning and deployment readiness
Managing offshore delivery teams and ensuring quality of output

What you'll bring
Significant SAP FICO experience, with a track record of leading Finance workstreams independently
Robust expertise across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting and Financial Closing
SAP S/4HANA experience
Hands-on data migration experience
Experience delivering on divestment, carve-out, merger or acquisition programmes
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and communicating at an executive level

The details
Daily rate
Brisbane CBD, hybrid with 3 days onsite
Contract running through to end of May 2027, with possible extension
Immediate start (preferred)
