We're looking for a motivated Senior Accountant with 4+ years of Public Practice Accounting experience, who is passionate about building client relationships, developing their technical expertise, and making a meaningful impact within a growing team.

What you'll be doing
Prepare and review Financial Statements, Income Tax Returns, BAS and IAS.
Deliver high-quality tax and compliance services to SME clients.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Support tax planning and business advisory engagements.
Review workpapers and ensure compliance with professional standards.
Mentor and support junior team members.
Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.




Collaborate with Managers and Directors to deliver exceptional client outcomes

What you'll bring
4+ years' experience in Australian Public Practice Accounting.
Hold full working rights to work in Australia.
Strong knowledge of Financial Statements, Income Tax, BAS, IAS and FBT.
Experience using Xero and Xero Practice Manager (XPM).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion).
A proactive mindset and passion for delivering outstanding client service.
